Step 1: Get in Touch
Once you have submitted your contact request, someone from our team will contact you within 24 hours or less. We just need to learn a bit about your home: number of rooms to be furnished, moving date, and a few other details.
Our rental furniture service includes full insurance coverage.
Step 2: Furnishing Planning
As soon as we received all the information we need for planning, we start working on a proposal for you.
You will receive a list and visualization of the furniture for your apartment for your review.
If you like it we will sign the contract and your rental furniture is almost there.
Step 3: Delivery & Assembly
We deliver and assemble your furniture within 10 business days. That means you don’t have to waste your weekend trying to count screws, decipher instructions, and find the right tools. We’ve got all of that covered.

How quickly can you furnish my apartment or home?
We can furnish your apartment or home within 10 working days after you have approved the concept created by our interior designer.
What extra costs will I have to cover for delivery and installation?
Depending on the rental duration costs for delivery, assembly, disassembly and pick-up may be added to your monthly fee. You will, of course, be informed of everything in advance, as per our transparent pricing policy. The total logistics costs are due together with the 1st monthly instalment. Logistics costs will be refunded at the end of the rental period in the following cases: For a rental period of 36 months and longer for the Pre-loved Style, for a rental period of 24 months and longer for the Modern Style.
What happens at the end of the agreed rental period?
When your furniture lease is up, we will inform you in due time and discuss the options with you. We are very flexible and there are many possible next steps. You can extend the subscription, make changes to your furnishings, or buy the currently rented furniture. furniturerental.ch is flexible and accommodating - we would be happy to hear your ideas and work out an optimal solution with you.
Who installs the ceiling and wall lamps?
We have a trusted licensed electrician who takes care of all the electrical work.
What happens if I don’t like the furniture once it’s in my home?
Although it’s a rare occurrence, it can happen. We always go above and beyond to find replacement pieces for everything that’s not exactly as you want it to be. If we can’t find a solution that you like, we will collect the furniture within a very short time.
Can I rent furniture for individual rooms?
Yes, our furniture rental service is 100% flexible and accommodating. If you need furniture for a single room, please mention this to your advisor during your discovery call.
How do I pay my bill?
Most of our customers choose to pay the monthly bill by standing order from their bank account. This is the easiest for both parties. Please enclose a copy after signing the contract.
Is it possible to have an open-ended contract?
Of course! We can create a contract that is open-ended after twelve months so you don’t have to commit to a specific time frame.
Who can sign up for this subscription? What are the requirements?
This rental furniture service is open to anyone: tenants, property management companies, and property owners. What we require is a copy of your record from the debt enforcement register or a copy of your signed rental contract upon signing the contract.
Is the furniture insured?
Yes, all rental furniture items are insured for delivery, assembly, disassembly, and pick-up by furniturerental.ch.
Is it possible to rent kitchenware?
Yes, kitchenware is available. We can put together a kitchen and tableware set for you at very attractive rates. You can order what you want and have your order delivered through furniturerental.ch. Please note that in this case, you are purchasing the kitchenware, not renting it.
